Pre-Registration Process for Hajj Pilgrims
To facilitate the use of the Saudi “e-Hajj system,” a pre-registration system has been implemented for Hajj pilgrims. Business Automation Ltd., in collaboration with the Ministry of Religious Affairs, is providing IT support for this process. Any updates or technical modifications will be communicated through notifications on the Hajj website.
Before processing any licenses, it is mandatory to activate the pre-registration system. It is important to note that the same email address provided by the Hajj agencies to the Hajj office cannot be used for multiple license applications.
Please ensure that the original users are treated separately on the server, as the user and database of the training server are not related to those of the original server. Cooperation from all parties involved is vital for a successful pre-registration process.
